2024-25 Natonal Training Schedule

In 2024, we mark the official debut of the new NRMC, National Rangers Ministry Conference, after successfully beta testing the new format at the last three NRMCs held in 2023. Camping skills training has been replaced with exciting new sessions to help leaders more effectively mentor boys. Formal campsites are no longer setup during this event, and most NRMCs now have lodging onsite. An Outdoor Skills Action Camp is in development to teach basic camping skills to leaders and older boys.
World Class Outpost (WCO) was also extensively updated in 2023 to encourage outpost leaders to lead their outposts to the next level of excellence in mentoring boys. This event is a tremendous opportunity to bring outpost leaders together to assess their ministry and do strategic planning to inspire, mobilize, and resource all leaders in the outpost.
